This has allowed her to gain extensive experience working with corporate clients, national counsel, coordinating counsel, as well as local counsel. She has a special insight to the “big picture” as it relates to volume litigation. Virginia has served and is currently serving on Trial Teams for National Clients and is also Regional Counsel for a client for whom she is responsible for overseeing cases filed in the Southeast Region of the United States. Virginia has been elected to the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, a worldwide organization assisting in establishing standards for providing competent, efficient and economical legal services, and to use the knowledge of its members for the benefit of public good. Additionally, she has been elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a prestigious national organization that helps to promote and develop the civil jury trial system.

Virginia has achieved the highest possible Martindale-Hubbell rating for the highest level of legal ability and adherence to professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability and diligence. Virginia currently serves as Chair of the Grievance Mediation & Fee Arbitration Committee of the Florida Bar, and has served on the bar's Judicial Nominating Rules Committee, Judicial Administration, Selection and Tenure Committee, and Civil Rules Committee. She is past chair of the Dade County Bar Association Meetings Committee, past chair of the 11th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “H,” and vice chair of the Mediation Committee. She is a former member of the Dade Bar Association’s Civil Litigation and Professional Committees.
