Timothy Krieger is an attorney in the St. Louis office of Foley & Mansfield, where he practices primarily in toxic and mass tort and commercial litigation. Tim has more than a decade of experience in federal and state courts throughout the country, regularly representing Fortune 500 companies in industries including telecommunications, technology, finance and energy. He has obtained numerous favorable judgments and settlements on behalf of his clients, including judgment on the pleadings, summary judgment, consent judgments, licenses, and injunctions. He has extensive experience in all aspects of case management and trial preparation.

In his toxic and mass tort practice, Tim represents leading manufacturers, suppliers and premises owners in high-stakes, complex litigation involving product liability and personal injury claims. In the commercial arena, he handles a wide range of business disputes – including breach of contract, fraudulent transfer, and Intellectual Property infringement – and has negotiated and drafted numerous multi-million dollar commercial agreements. He has regularly counseled clients regarding intellectual property disputes and acquisitions including software, patent, and trademark licenses and non-disclosure agreements.

During law school, he served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judge Kathy Surratt-States of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, St. Louis, MO.  Prior to his legal career, Tim honed his analytical skills as a project manager/electrical engineer managing multi-million dollar construction projects at manufacturing facilities and power plants. This included reviewing and negotiating contracts, budgeting and analyzing costs, and managing subcontractors, union electricians and engineering teams.
