Howard (Terry) Hall is a partner in the Seattle and Portland offices of Foley & Mansfield. He focuses his practice in toxic tort litigation with an emphasis asbestos defense, and environmental and employment litigation. He has served as regional and local counsel for a variety of companies in asbestos litigation, including manufacturers, contractors and distributors, and has tried numerous cases to verdict in Washington and Oregon.
Terry also has an active commercial practice centered on real estate and general commercial disputes. In addition to representing officers, directors and boards of directors involved in litigation, he provides counsel to organizations in management, governance, employment and litigation matters.
Terry's background includes teaching and coaching secondary school students. He is also the chair of the Board of Directors of Friends of Youth, a non-profit organization that provides programs for at-risk youth in the Seattle area.
- Terry has represented a large manufacturing concern for 30+ years in Superfund, NRDA, and cost recovery actions, including state remedial actions.
