Samantha M. Odyniec is an attorney in Foley & Mansfield’s Chicago office, focusing her practice in the area of toxic and mass tort litigation with an emphasis on asbestos defense. Her clients include product manufacturers, premises owners, contractors, and other business entities facing complex, multi-party litigation.
Samantha has experience in various stages of litigation, and is well-versed in drafting and arguing motions, deposing witnesses, conducting extensive research, and assisting in discovery and trial preparation.
Samantha devotes many hours to pro bono work and community service outside the firm. She is an active DePaul Law alum, currently serving as First Vice President of the Alumni Engagement Board and as a member of the Moot Court Alumni Board, where she coaches and advises law students in moot court competition and practice. Samantha also volunteers on the Advisory Council of the UConn Chicago Alumni Network.
