Randall Bernard is Of Counsel in Foley & Mansfield’s Walnut Creek office. He focuses his practice on products liability, specifically asbestos defense litigation. His prior litigation experience includes personal injury, premises liability, construction defect and governmental tort liability.
Prior to joining Foley & Mansfield, Randy was a partner at a New York and San Francisco law firm where he handled a wide range of matters including products liability, personal injury, and construction defect claims. Randy has represented a range of clients including manufacturers, distributors, contractors and property owners. He has worked as local counsel and national coordinating counsel in toxic tort litigation and is experienced in all aspects of litigation from initial pleadings through trial. He has also successfully argued a case before the California Court of Appeals.
