Phoebe Yifei Hu

BIOGRAPHY

Phoebe Yifei Hu, a litigator in Foley Mansfield’s Los Angeles office, focuses her practice in the areas of products liability, toxic and mass torts, and employment litigation. She has experience handling all aspects of litigation, including discovery, research, pleadings, trial preparation, and depositions. Phoebe has also participated in mediations for her clients.

Prior to joining Foley Mansfield, Phoebe successfully represented individuals and families in hundreds of cases as an associate with a plaintiff-side litigation law firm, giving her significant insight into both sides of the litigation process. Earlier in her career, she practiced with a Chinese national law firm and worked with a national securities company in Shanghai, and she has maintained both her Chinese bar admission and Chinese national securities qualification.
