BIOGRAPHY
Ovsanna Thomas, an attorney at Foley Mansfield’s Los Angeles office, practices in complex litigation centered on product liability and toxic/mass tort defense. She is experienced in all aspects of the litigation process, including evaluation and development of case strategy, discovery and depositions, law and motion practice, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Ovsanna has defended major national retailers, product manufacturers, restaurants, individual business owners, and commercial and residential property owners against claims involving serious personal injury and death.
Prior to practice, she served as a Certified Law Clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office and also served as a Judicial Extern to the late Magistrate Judge Stephen J. Hillman of the United States District Court, Central District of California.
Ovsanna is fluent in Armenian and Farsi.
