Marcus C. Mason
Attorney
Marcus Mason, an Associate in Foley Mansfield’s St. Louis office, focuses his practice in the areas of toxic/mass tort with an emphasis in asbestos defense, product liability, and construction law.
Marcus has experience with all aspects of civil and criminal litigation, from pre-suit investigation to trial. In his prior role as Assistant County Counselor for St. Louis County, Marcus prosecuted misdemeanor and county ordinance violations, provided legal advice to county departments, and assisted with transactional work.
While in law school, Marcus clerked at a boutique law firm in Chicago where he worked on complex litigation matters with a focus on commercial liability defense, insurance defense, subrogation and insurance coverage issues, and personal injury. Earlier in his career, Marcus worked as paralegal where he gained experience in civil litigation, handling matters involving personal injury, multi-district federal tax litigation, and asbestos defense.
