Lori Cataldo is a partner in Foley & Mansfield’s Walnut Creek office. She is an experienced litigator as part of the Toxic and Mass Tort Litigation practice group, with an emphasis on asbestos litigation. Lori manages the litigation for various clients including manufacturers, distributors, contractors and premises owners, helping to formulate pre-trial, resolution, trial, and post-trial strategies. Lori’s trial experience includes a defense verdict in a mesothelioma case where she served as second-chair. She successfully argued the appeal in the same case at the California Court of Appeal, Division One.

Before joining Foley & Mansfield Lori clerked for Judge Delila Pierce, in the Minnesota District Court. She also served as an extern to former Ramsey County Chief Judge Lawrence Cohen. Lori likewise interned with the Portage County District Attorney’s Office.
