Kelly Casey
Partner
Kelly Casey, Partner in Foley Mansfield’s Miami office and Chair of the firm's Medical Malpractice group, focuses her practice in professional liability and medical malpractice defense. Kelly handles all aspects of claims on behalf of medical providers, which include hospitals, physicians, and nurses.
In the insurance defense arena, Kelly has additional experience in elder law, premises, and product liability matters. Prior to practice, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Magistrate Judge John O’Sullivan, U. S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, where she assisted with bench memoranda, reports and recommendations, and judicial orders for criminal and civil cases.
