Jessica L. Prosperi, a civil litigator in the St. Louis office of Foley & Mansfield, practices in complex toxic/mass tort, product and premises liability matters, with an emphasis on asbestos defense. With extensive experience deposing party, fact and expert witnesses, she has handled matters in hotbed jurisdictions including St. Louis City, Missouri and Madison County, St. Clair County, Cook County and McLean County, Illinois.

Jessica’s experience includes defending medical malpractice claims, defending Class I railroads under The  Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), and representing clients in a wide range of insurance defense matters.
