Jennifer McCormick is an experienced litigator in Foley & Mansfield's Walnut Creek office focusing on complex litigation with an emphasis in toxic tort, product liability, environmental law and construction defect cases.
Jennifer serves as national coordinating counsel for a client involved in asbestos related lawsuits in various states. In this capacity, she oversees all aspects of litigation working with local counsel in various jurisdictions on settlement strategy, discovery and motion practice.
In California locally, she also manages complex asbestos, environmental and toxic tort cases from initial service to verdict.
