BIOGRAPHY
Howard Wallach is the managing partner of Foley Mansfield's Detroit office. Howard focuses his practice in the areas of business and corporate law and litigation, with extensive experience in the litigation aspects of commercial and real estate disputes, construction defects, and various disputes surrounding business transactions.
Howard has successfully handled numerous commercial litigation matters for clients involving partnership dissolution, contract and employment disputes, professional liability and other general civil litigation matters. He also has extensive experience in family law, especially in the area of highly-sensitive child custody situations.

He is also past Chair of the Michigan Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League and a former member of the Farmington, Michigan Board of Education.
