Frank DelloRusso is an attorney in the Miami office of Foley & Mansfield. Frank focuses his practice in the defense of complex liability matters including construction, products, toxic tort, and environmental matters.

Frank is well versed in handling complex multi-party litigation. Frank defends general contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, suppliers and design professionals in complex construction defect litigation, and products liability cases in civil, federal and arbitration venues. In addition, Frank has vast experience in general commercial litigation and business matters, including contracts law.

While in law school, Frank was the Vice President of the Federal Bar Association of St. Thomas University Student Division, a member of the Peter T. Fay American Inn of Court, and a member of the Rosemary Barkett Inn of Court. He also was a Research Assistant for Dean John F. Hernandez and an Active Learning Instructor for Property.
