Ellie M. Byers

BIOGRAPHY

As Director of Finance, Ellie Byers oversees the firm’s accounting and finance department. Her responsibilities include managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, trust account management, tax compliance and reporting, financial management reporting, and leading the annual external audit/review process. She works closely with the other directors to communicate critical financial matters and to ensure the firm’s continued financial success.

Ellie’s technical and analytical skills are unmatched, and her desire for innovation has helped steer Foley Mansfield into the future. She continuously seeks ways to improve processes and increase efficiency throughout the firm.

Ellie has more than a decade of financial management experience and has been with Foley Mansfield since 2015. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), and the Minnesota Chapter of ALA.
