Eduardo Medina

Eddie Medina is a partner in Foley Mansfield’s Miami office. He focuses his practice on civil litigation, including products liability defense, toxic tort defense, wrongful death, insurance defense, and appeals. Eddie has deposed scores of plaintiffs and witnesses in product liability cases from around the country, including Florida, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, and has extensive experience representing large corporate creditors in debt collection and contract matters. Eddie is a Miami native who dedicates his time to his wife and two children. A member of the firm’s Well-Being Committee, Eddie practices mindfulness meditation and enjoys reading and writing on wellness topics.
