Cha Xiong is an attorney with the Minneapolis office of Foley and Mansfield. He practices in areas of Toxic/Mass Tort litigation and commercial litigation, which include products liability defense, construction warranty, bankruptcy, and real estate transactions.
Most recently, Cha served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lucinda E. Jesson of the Minnesota Court of Appeals where he drafted bench memoranda and opinions. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Donovan W. Frank of the U.S. Minnesota District Court, worked as a law scholar with Target Corporation, and clerked at the Office of the Minnesota Appellate Public Defender, where he drafted post-conviction motions and briefs to the court of appeals.
Cha enjoys cycling, grilling, and, as an aspiring gourmand, learning everything there is to know about food. He is conversant in Hmong.
