Brett Fountain



Brett Fountain is an attorney in the Los Angeles office of Foley Mansfield. His practice focuses in toxic/mass tort, product liability, and employment. Brett has extensive litigation experience, including trying nearly a dozen jury trials as first-chair. Before joining the firm, Brett worked as a deputy public defender in Los Angeles, where he represented criminal defendants in both misdemeanor and felony cases.

Brett graduated on the Dean’s List from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2017. While in law school, Brett externed for an Associate Justice of the Sixth District Court of Appeal, externed for the Department of Homeland Security’s employment law division, and was a clinical law student for the Northern California Innocence Project, where he was a part of a team that successfully exonerated a client who had wrongfully served over 30 years in prison.
