Andrew Sharp


Andrew Sharp is a Partner in Foley Mansfield’s Walnut Creek office. Andrew practices primarily within the firm’s toxic tort group, where he represents manufacturers, suppliers and distributors in complex toxic tort litigation, with a focus in asbestos defense. Andrew has additional experience in personal injury and intellectual property defense.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew gained valuable experience interning for U.S. District Court Judge Patrick Duggan and clerking for a respected national defense firm.  While attending law school, he served as associate editor for the University of Colorado Law Review.  He was also selected as a fellow of the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, a program through which he taught constitutional law to high school students and coached moot court.
