Armig Khodanian, an attorney in the Los Angeles office of Foley & Mansfield, practices in complex litigation centered on product liability and toxic/mass tort defense.  She is proficient in all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial preparation.

Armig’s legal background also includes intellectual property portfolio management and IP disputes, with a focus on trademark law. She has been involved in proceedings before both the USPTO and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Prior to practice, Armig interned with the Independent Voter Network in San Diego, where she assisted general counsel with IP and contractual matters, and served as a research assistant in trademark and publicity law for Professor Paul Horton of the USD School of Law. She also clerked with the City Attorney’s Office of Los Angeles in its economic and criminal division.
