Liz Sorenson Brotten is a Partner in Foley Mansfield’s Minneapolis office, a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, and the chair of the firm’s Product Liability Practice Group.

Angela V. Sayre is a partner in Foley Mansfield’s Los Angeles office and is the chair of the firm’s Real Estate practice group. She has over a decade of experience in defending cases involving premises liability, catastrophic injury, toxic tort matters, and commercial litigation.

Mark’s approach to the practice of law is unique and consequential. Most defense counsel approach a litigated case with the initial goal to somehow minimize exposure and liability without regard to determining the actual cause of the event. Instead, Mark first analyzes the case from the prospective of a future jury member.
