Liz Sorenson Brotten is a Partner in Foley Mansfield’s Minneapolis office, a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, and the chair of the firm’s Product Liability Practice Group.

A seasoned litigator with a deep background in business and over 37 years of experience, Kyle Mansfield brings a wealth of insight to his role as Managing Partner of Foley Mansfield. Beyond overseeing the firm’s substantial asbestos defense practice which serves dozens of clients across the country, he maintains an extensive practice focused on the areas of toxic torts and mass litigation, product liability, environmental law, construction law, and general liability.

Sean C. Mansfield, an attorney in the Minneapolis office of Foley Mansfield, practices in the firm’s construction law group. He defends his clients, which include general contractors and subcontractors, suppliers, property owners, developers, and other entities in the construction space, in matters involving liability, breach of warranty claims, contract review and disputes, liens, and more.

Ashley W. Nagashima, Partner in Foley Mansfield’s Los Angeles office, is an experienced litigator and trial attorney.

Mark’s approach to the practice of law is unique and consequential. Most defense counsel approach a litigated case with the initial goal to somehow minimize exposure and liability without regard to determining the actual cause of the event. Instead, Mark first analyzes the case from the prospective of a future jury member.

Robert White, Associate in Foley Mansfield’s Saint Louis office, focuses his practice in the areas of insurance defense, toxic/mass tort with emphasis on asbestos defense, product liability, and personal injury law.
