Stephanie L. Smith serves as Office Administrator for Foley Mansfield’s St. Louis, Edwardsville, and Kansas City offices. With more than 20 years with Foley Mansfield, Stephanie brings extensive experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented approach to her role.

Stephanie began her Foley Mansfield career as a paralegal, where she worked closely with clients and managed day-to-day client responsibilities. Her experience as a paralegal provided a strong foundation for her transition into office administration in 2020 and continues to inform the way she supports attorneys, clients, and colleagues today.

Known for her clear communication, reliability, and willingness to help others, Stephanie enjoys solving problems and taking on the variety of tasks that come with supporting a busy office environment. She is motivated by the success of her team and takes pride in being a dependable resource for the St. Louis office as well as colleagues across the firm. Her ability to collaborate, find practical solutions, and support the needs of attorneys and clients makes her an important part of Foley Mansfield’s operations.

Stephanie earned her Paralegal Studies education from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She is also involved with the ALA Gateway Chapter.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, making homemade cards, and reading.
