Randy Thorn is an Attorney in Foley Mansfield’s Tampa Bay office, where he primarily focuses on construction defect defense matters for his clients. Randy provides counsel to his clients through the entire litigation process using his experience in complex defense litigation.

Before joining Foley Mansfield, Randy served as defense counsel for healthcare providers and to individuals with their family law needs. He brings a broad array of experiences from various industries outside the traditional law firm environment. These areas range from medical technology to financial services. He is also a former U.S. Army infantry officer. Randy is a Distinguished Military Graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
