For more than 20 years, Misti has served as national and local counsel for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, managing complex litigation throughout the United States. She has extensive experience overseeing multi-plaintiff dockets, coordinating national defense strategies, and defending clients in matters involving complex medical, scientific, and causation issues. Her practice includes all phases of litigation, from early case assessment through trial, dispositive motions, and negotiated resolutions.

As silica litigation continues to expand nationwide, Misti works closely with clients to address emerging legal and scientific issues, develop proactive defense strategies, and navigate evolving litigation risks. Before joining Foley Mansfield, Misti practiced with an Am Law 200 defense litigation firm, where she concentrated on toxic tort, product liability, and complex casualty litigation. She is also a certified mediator and frequently presents on litigation strategy and alternative dispute resolution.
