Kasia Nowak is a Partner in Foley Mansfield’s Chicago office and an experienced litigator who defends complex products liability cases, including matters involving exposure to talc and talc contaminated with asbestos. Kasia devotes a high level of attention and detail to managing difficult issues when they arise. Kasia thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to the needs of her clients, who are always her top priority. She is frequently called upon to take the most high-risk and complex matters because of her successful history in resolving cases nationwide. Kasia also serves as a trial team member and has tried cases to verdict in multiple jurisdictions.

Before joining Foley Mansfield, Kasia Nowak served as a Cook County Assistant State’s Attorney. She prosecuted thousands of cases, including felonies and misdemeanors. She first and second chaired hundreds of trials (bench and jury) while representing the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in criminal and civil matters.
