Josephine “Josie” Reina, Of Counsel in Foley Mansfield’s New York office, focuses her practice in the areas of product liability, premises liability, and toxic tort/mass torts.  She has represented national and multinational clients in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and New York, including product manufacturers, premises owners, transportation companies, and construction contractors.

Prior to joining Foley Mansfield, Josie handled product liability and mass tort claims, with particular experience in defending medical device and industrial equipment companies. With experience handling all aspects of litigation including pre-suit investigation, written discovery, fact and expert depositions, vigorous motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and trial, Josie’s clients trust her to develop, manage, and execute legal strategies for their defense in a variety of complex matters.
