Cassidy Tynan is an attorney in Foley Mansfield’s California offices, where she focuses her practice on products liability, general liability, silica litigation, and toxic tort defense. She works alongside lead trial counsel on civil matters in California, bringing hands-on courtroom experience and a strong foundation in complex litigation to her work on behalf of clients.

Before joining Foley Mansfield, Cassidy garnered extensive litigation skills across a broad docket of products liability and tort matters. She served as second and third chair in civil trials in Los Angeles Superior Court, assisting with trial strategy through preparation of cross-examination outlines, motions in limine, and real-time evidentiary analysis during trial. She independently managed discovery strategy, depositions, and pre-trial motion practice across a caseload of more than 250 matters and was involved in reaching favorable settlements on behalf of clients. She also assisted in preparing corporate witnesses for trial and acted as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the litigation process.
