Caitlin Niedzwiecki serves as Director of Human Resources at Foley Mansfield, where she oversees all facets of HR management. In her role, she is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and payroll.

With over a decade of experience at Foley Mansfield, Caitlin brings deep institutional knowledge and insight into the firm’s culture and operations. Before transitioning into human resources, Caitlin was an elementary school teacher. Her background in education equipped her with strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills – all essential in HR. She is an active member of the Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators.
