Brianna Bailey is a defense litigator representing clients nationwide in complex product liability cases involving alleged asbestos and talcum powder exposure. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Brianna excels in all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. She has extensive experience conducting depositions of plaintiffs and fact witnesses in jurisdictions across the United States and the United Kingdom. Known for her thorough preparation and practical problem-solving, she delivers focused, results-oriented advocacy in challenging and technically complex cases.
Brianna began her legal career as the first term law clerk to the Honorable LaKeysha Greer Isaac, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Mississippi. Brianna graduated in the top five of her class from Mississippi College School of Law. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Daniel P. Jordan III, Chief District Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, and worked as a research assistant for Assistant Dean Deborah Challener and Professor Matthew Steffey. In addition to her strong litigation background, Brianna earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
