Ashley W. Nagashima, Of Counsel in Foley Mansfield’s Los Angeles office, is an experienced litigator and trial attorney. Ashley focuses her practice in the areas of toxic/mass tort, products liability, catastrophic personal injury, general liability and construction law. She represents a wide range of clients in state and federal court — from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses to individuals — and brings the same dedication and tenacity to every case she handles.
Prior to joining Foley Mansfield, Ashley handled high-exposure personal injury cases, construction defect claims and insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. She has significant experience handling all aspects of litigation from case inception through trial, including discovery, law and motion work, depositions, expert discovery, mediation, and trial preparation. Ashley has tried cases to verdict and argued before the California Court of Appeal, First District.
Ashley regularly advises her corporate clients on strategy and regulatory compliance, developing a reputation as a trusted advisor through difficult and complex situations.

Representative Matters
- Kipp, Jason, et al. v. Gray West Construction, et al. - Obtained defense verdict following a four-week trial where Plaintiffs were seeking $40 million in damages for claimed spinal injuries and loss of consortium.
- Claudia Topete, et al. v. Avo Asdourian, et al. - Successfully overturned a jury verdict finding fraud against defendants and obtained a new trial on the issue of damages.
- S&J Builders and Restoration v. Jacqueline Berman, et al. - Obtained summary judgment in favor of asbestos remediation contractor on the eve of trial in a 5-year construction defect case involving numerous trades.
