Angie H. Kim is a Partner in Foley Mansfield’s Los Angeles office, where she focuses her practice on high-risk toxic tort defense and commercial business disputes.
Throughout her legal career, Angie has represented small to mid-sized corporations as their external corporate counsel, advising on corporate governance, business operations and management, competitive practices, contracts, employment issues, and franchise investment law. She has successfully represented individuals and businesses in complex disputes, including shareholder and partnership conflicts, business dissolutions, and employment-related claims such as wrongful termination, employee misclassification, labor code violations, and breach of employment contract.
In addition to her corporate and litigation work, Angie has worked closely with business owners to develop comprehensive strategies for business succession planning.
Angie is fluent in Korean.
