Angela V. Sayre is Assistant Managing Partner of Foley Mansfield’s Los Angeles and Walnut Creek offices. She has over a decade of experience in defending cases involving toxic torts, products liability, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and commercial litigation. Her strength lies in an acute understanding of being able to align client objectives with attorney action resulting in deliverables and preferred client outcomes.

Angela is a key member of Foley Mansfield’s Silica Litigation Practice Group and an experienced trial attorney. Her primary practice is centered on the defense of manufacturers, distributors and retailers in silica litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions. She has a proven track record in silica exposure litigation cases having successfully achieved dismissals, favorable settlements and a defense verdict on behalf of her clients. Angela’s expertise includes early case assessment based upon a thorough understanding of plaintiff’s alleged medical injuries, astute knowledge of the working science in product liability matters, and strategic use of experts.

In addition to silica litigation, Angela has product liability experience in industrial, commercial, and cosmetic chemical products (asbestos, talc, etc.), food manufacturing/processing, railroad industry products, trucking, automobiles, ATVs and construction. Further, she has also represented clients in real estate matters, commercial litigation and premises liability cases.

Angela advises clients on risk management and litigation prevention strategies to ensure that her clients have the knowledge and notice to manage their business in the most effective and profitable manner. She is committed to excellent client service and prides herself on superlative communication skills.
