The national defense firm of Foley & Mansfield is pleased to announce it has been ranked 15th on Law360’s 2016 list of the 100 best U.S. law firms for women. The rankings are based on firms’ female representation at the partner and non-partner levels and total number of female attorneys.
“Foley & Mansfield’s culture reflects our respect for both a meaningful work life - and our lives outside of work - regardless of gender, demographics or personal identity,” says firm co-founder Kyle Mansfield. “Our flexible policies have always allowed our attorneys to spend the time they need with their families and pursue their passions without sacrificing opportunities for meaningful work and advancement.”
“Our women partners are co-creators of our firm strategy,” adds Virginia Easley Johnson, managing partner of the firm’s Miami office. “Diverse attorneys have always had equal influence on how we operate as a business and make decisions affecting the firm. We don’t have an expectation that attorneys outsource their personal lives in order to contribute to our mutual success.”
