Roeder, Haag to Present BATC Course on January 27, 2015

Sarah Roeder and Michael Haag of Foley & Mansfield’s Minneapolis office will teach a course on “Mediation and Settlement 101: Know Your Options” for the Builder’s Association of the Twin Cities on January 25, 2015. The program is focused on the challenges and opportunities to settlement in construction and engineering cases, including negotiations, and what types of agreements can be used to resolve a claim.
