Municipalities’ Appeal of finding by Administrative Agency Granted

Greg Meihn successfully appealed the Michigan Department of Wage and Hour’s determination that the employee was not fired for good cause.  The Board of Appeals found that the termination was based upon the employee’s failure to follow established rules regarding use of city vehicles and the consumption of alcohol during working hours.
