Greg Meihn Defends Construction Defect Client

On November 19, 2008, Gregory M. Meihn from Foley & Mansfield’s Michigan office successfully defended a construction defect lawsuit brought against our client and prevailed on a counterclaim for damages regarding repairs. The trial was held in Genesee County. At the completion of the Trial, the Judge granted a no cause for action on the homeowners claim for defective premises and failure to repair in favor of our client. In addition, the Court awarded our client its costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in the litigation.
