Greg Meihn Defends Construction Defect Client

On November 19, 2008, Gregory M. Meihn from Foley & Mansfield’s Michigan office successfully defended a construction defect lawsuit brought against our client and prevailed on a counterclaim for damages regarding repairs. The trial was held in Genesee County.
