Foley & Mansfield’s NYC Office Expands Services to New Jersey

Foley & Mansfield is pleased to announce the continued expansion of services on the East Coast, with trial attorneys Steven Novakidis and Erika L. Muse of the firm’s New York office now licensed to practice in New Jersey.

The NYC office, opened in November of 2017, has since grown in size and headcount, primarily serving clients embroiled in complex toxic and mass tort litigation either directly or through their insurers. “With expanding client needs in both New York and New Jersey, we are pleased to be offer experienced trial counsel to serve both jurisdictions,” says Kyle Mansfield, founding partner of the Minneapolis-based firm.

As a national defense firm, Foley & Mansfield’s practices and team members are integrated across all 14 offices and multiple additional jurisdictions, allowing the firm to leverage the full knowledge and resources of all our lawyers. Firm attorneys have successfully defended thousands of asbestos cases nationwide and have tried numerous multiparty asbestos cases to defense verdicts.
