Foley Mansfield Welcomes Highly Experienced Mass Tort/Toxic Tort Litigator Rhonda Woo to its Walnut Creek Office

 WALNUT CREEK, Feb 20, 2023 – Foley Mansfield, a national law firm with 14 offices across the U.S., announced today that leading mass tort/toxic tort and civil litigator, Rhonda Woo has joined the firm’s Walnut Creek office as of counsel in its Mass Tort/Toxic Tort Practice Group.

Rhonda Woo focuses her practice in the area of toxic/mass tort with an emphasis in asbestos defense.  She is a pro-active civil litigator with extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including mediation, arbitration, and trial.  Rhonda also has significant appellate experience, including written briefs and oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit Court and the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District.

Prior to joining Foley Mansfield, Rhonda worked as an auditor for a former Big 8 accounting firm, an extern for U.S. District Court Judge D. Lowell Jensen, and for several defense firms, including her own firm, defending a variety of clients, including manufacturers, suppliers, construction contractors, premises owners, and municipalities.

Woo earned her J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law nka UC College of the Law, San Francisco; and her B.S. from UC Berkeley.
