After having achieved Mansfield Certification “Plus” status in the 2021-2023 cycle, the firm is thrilled to continue our commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion in hiring, promotions, and formal client pitches.
The Mansfield Rule aims to boost the representation of historically underrepresented lawyers in leadership by asking firms to ensure that 30% of their candidate pool for recruitment and advancement is comprised of underrepresented lawyers.
