Foley Mansfield Participates in Mansfield Rule Certification Kick-Off for 2023-2024 Cycle

Foley Mansfield is pleased to announce the firm’s participation in Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Rule for Midsize Firms Certification Kick-Off for the program’s 2023-2024 cycle. After having achieved Mansfield Certification “Plus” status in the 2021-2023 cycle, the firm is thrilled to continue our commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion in hiring, promotions, and formal client pitches.

The Mansfield Rule aims to boost the representation of historically underrepresented lawyers in leadership by asking firms to ensure that 30% of their candidate pool for recruitment and advancement is comprised of underrepresented lawyers. Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is a fundamental part of Foley Mansfield’s Core Values, and external resources such as the Mansfield Rule have been instrumental in our efforts to reflect our communities in the makeup of our firm.  We continue to implement impactful firmwide DEI policies and programs, as well as innovative DEI initiatives, that foster a culture of respect and belonging.
