Foley & Mansfield Names Khaled Taqi-Eddin to Equity Partnership

Foley & Mansfield is pleased to announce that Khaled Taqi-Eddin has been named to the firm’s equity partnership.  Taqi-Eddin joined the firm’s Oakland office in 2008, and has since managed and tried multiple high stakes toxic tort and product liability matters throughout California and the U.S.

“Khaled’s ability to relate to jurors and his sophisticated, intentional approach to complex litigation has made him an invaluable asset to both our clients and our firm,” says founding partner Kyle B. Mansfield.  “We have great trust in his insight and skills, and welcome him to the equity partnership.”

With nearly two decades of experience as a trial attorney, Taqi-Eddin has an extensive background in toxic torts, with additional trial experience in real property, construction and medical malpractice matters.  He has handled trials, arbitrations, mediations/settlement conferences, and appeals for hundreds of clients ranging from individuals to large corporations.  Taqi-Eddin acts as National Coordinating and Trial Counsel for firm clients, bringing years of expertise to secure the most favorable outcomes.

He is also an active and zealous participant in the firm’s pro bono initiatives, and was most recently licensed to practice in Hawaii, further enhancing the firm’s national footprint.

Taqi-Eddin is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI).
