The national defense firm of Foley & Mansfield is pleased to announce it has been recognized by Law360 among 70 U.S. firms who are leading the pack in representing women at all levels.

The firm ranked 6th among 150-299 lawyer firms in Law360’s 2019 list of the 100 best U.S. law firms for female attorneys.  The rankings are based on firms’ female representation at the partner and non-partner levels and total number of female attorneys.

Law360 grouped firms based on their U.S. attorney head count in order to compare them with similarly sized firms. Firms that had below-average female representation at any level were excluded. The remaining firms are ranked by their percentage of female non-partners and partners.

43.8% of Foley & Mansfield’s attorneys are women, compared to 33.8% among peer firms. 38% of Firm partners are also women, vs. 24.7% at similar firms.  Women also comprise nearly 30% of the Firm’s equity partnership.
