Partner Katie Pritchard has been selected as the firm’s 2023 LCLD Fellow and Associate Kiara Robles Chavez was chosen as our 2023 LCLD Pathfinder.

The Pathfinder and Fellow programs provide leadership training to high-performing individuals looking for external career development, with the ultimate goal of bringing greater diversity and inclusivity to the leadership of tomorrow.
As a Partner in Foley Mansfield’s Edwardsville office, Katie Pritchard brings her extensive experience in the areas of toxic tort, mass tort, construction, and employment litigation defense to every matter she handles. Her clients, consisting of corporations, owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects and suppliers on both public and private works of improvement, seek Katie’s guidance in a wide variety of matters from project inception through trial. Additionally, she has handled employment litigation matters for municipalities and cities involving contract disputes. She is listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and as an Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star. As Foley Mansfield’s 2023 LCLD Fellow, Katie will participate in a year-long professional development regimen including class conferences, soft skills training, networking projects, and more.
Kiara Robles Chavez, an Associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office, focuses her practice on matters related to toxic/mass tort defense, product liability, and employment law. An experienced litigator, Kiara has handled matters involving breach of contract, personal injury and wrongful death, and major civil antitrust class action lawsuits for a wide variety of clients including national retailers, product manufacturers, individual business owners and consumers, small businesses, and commercial and residential property owners. As the firm’s 2023 LCLD Pathfinder, Kiara will receive training in foundational leadership skills, career development strategies, and guidance on building relationships and networking.
