The national defense firm of Foley & Mansfield today announced that it has opened an office in Indianapolis, Indiana to accommodate regional and national clients in a variety of commercial litigation and insurance defense matters.

The office will be managed by partner Joseph V. Macha, a Board Certified Trial Specialist licensed to practice in Indiana and California.  Mr. Macha began his career working in-house for CNA Insurance. He has since served as first chair in more than 20 jury trials to verdict in State and Federal Courts, in addition to dozens of bench trials and both binding and non-binding arbitrations.

“The needs of our current clients inspired this office opening,” says founding partner Kyle Mansfield. “We are extremely pleased to have our partner Joe Macha, a highly respected trial lawyer, manage the office.”  Under Macha’s leadership, the firm’s Indianapolis defense team will handle matters including product liability, environmental, toxic tort, employment, transportation, professional liability and construction defect litigation.

“I am excited to be leading the firm’s entrance into the Indiana legal market,” adds Macha.  “With a vibrant business climate and great standard of living, I see ample opportunities to expand and enhance our capabilities for clients in the state.”

This is the third office the firm has opened in the last two years, including Kansas City and Portland.  With the addition of the Indianapolis office, Foley & Mansfield now has 12 offices across the U.S.  The new Indianapolis office is located at 101 West Ohio Street, Suite 2000, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
