As a seasoned litigator, she has sat 2nd chair in five transportation trials, and successfully defended a multi-million dollar elder abuse case in Washington.

Brian Smith (Seattle) focuses his litigation practice on toxic torts, commercial disputes, and employment law. He has nearly three decades of experience litigating a wide variety of personal injury, employment, commercial and securities matters through trial and arbitration.
