July 15, 2024, New York, NY – Foley Mansfield is pleased to announce that Dennis Vega has joined as a litigation partner in New York. Dennis defends equipment manufacturers, product manufacturers, premises owners and municipalities in product liability, environmental and toxic tort, maritime law and general liability litigation in state and federal courts throughout the US.
Dennis has served as national, regional or local counsel for various global industrial equipment manufacturers, distributors and contractors in the power, oil, chemical, railroad and automotive industries. His work also includes coordinating with distinguished scientific and medical expert witnesses and serving as lead counsel in various state and federal coordinated proceedings, including New York City Asbestos Litigation (NYCAL) and Multidistrict Litigation (MDL).
He has also been involved in several landmark cases that altered the application of maritime law to U.S. Navy sailors resulting in millions of dollars of savings for many equipment manufacturers. Dennis was most recently with Tanenbaum Keale LLP in New York and is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School.
