Bachman Presenting at Minnesota Business Executive Forum on Retirement Plans, Employee Benefits

 

Lisa Lamm Bachman, employment attorney and Managing Partner of Foley & Mansfield’s Minneapolis office, will be a featured presenter at Minnesota Business Magazine’s Executive Forum on February 8, 2017 at the James J. Hill Center in St. Paul, MN.

Joined by panelists Brian Bergmann, CBIZ and Joe Swanson, Principal Advisor Network, the program will focus on upcoming changes to D.O.L regulations regarding employers responsibilities toward retirement plans and employee benefits.  David Levi of CBIZ will moderate.

Issues to discuss include how employer duties have changed, monitoring fiduciary responsibilities and compliance, and measuring outcomes for success.
