Kimberly L. Rivera, a civil litigator and partner in the Los Angeles office of Foley Mansfield, focuses her work in the defense of complex product liability, toxic tort, environmental and other general liability litigation.

Kimberly has served as national coordinating counsel for major friction clients against complex toxic tort, asbestos, silica, benzene products liability and premises liability cases from inception to trial.

In addition to toxic tort defense, she has experience in a range of insurance-defense matters, including premises liability, construction accidents, general liability, product liability, automobile liability and construction defect work.
