B. Kyle Morley, Managing Partner of Foley Mansfield’s Tampa Bay office, focuses his practice in construction defect litigation, general liability matters, and insurance coverage.

Kyle has more than 16 years of complex civil litigation and insurance defense experience, managing multiple cases from inception through trial. His clients include regional and national developers, general contractors, trade contractors, and architects and engineers.

Kyle has achieved favorable resolutions for construction clients embroiled in disputes ranging from negligent design to breach of warranty through court-ordered dismissal, summary judgment, alternative dispute resolution, settlement negotiation, and jury verdict.

His diverse background includes the defense of negligent security, professional liability, product liability, personal injury protection (PIP), medical malpractice, subrogation, and first-party property claims, in addition to representing clients in various commercial litigation matters.
