Dustin J. Priebe, an Equity partner in Foley Mansfield’s Denver and Los Angeles offices, and is the chair of the firm's Transportation practice group. He is a civil trial attorney with more than a decade of experience. He frequently litigates complex cases involving numerous parties, diverse claims for relief, and insurance coverage overlay. Dustin has acted as the first-chair attorney in several multi-day trials and handled numerous appeals. He has also postured countless cases for favorable resolution through settlement negotiations and concise motions practice in the trial court.
