Joseph Rejano is the managing partner of Foley Mansfield’s Chicago Office focusing his practice on commercial litigation, product liability, and toxic tort and mass tort litigation. Joseph's commercial litigation experience includes collections, bankruptcy, and labor and employment. He also has extensive litigation experience representing clients in the areas of subrogation and premises liability.



Joseph leads Foley Mansfield’s Data and Innovation team and is co-chair of Foley Mansfield’s Diversity Committee. Joseph is passionate about creating models to innovate the legal industry particularly in the litigation management, alternative fee structure, and diversity spaces. While attending the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Joseph served as a title editor for the University of Detroit Mercy Law Review. In his spare time, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family and watching his two children play soccer, volleyball, and basketball.
